A native of Northern Virginia, Kevin assists business clients in construction, zoning, eminent domain, and other land use disputes in state and federal courts across Virginia. He represents local and national contractors, custom builders, and design professionals in disputes involving defective work and construction delays. He also provides business advice to construction firms, including claims counseling, and preparation of contracts and general conditions for construction projects of all sizes. Kevin also represents clients in complex zoning and land use disputes. In addition, Kevin maintains an active fiduciary litigation practice, representing executors, beneficiaries, and trustees. Kevin gives presentations to other lawyers for continuing legal education credit and trade groups, and has been featured in the Virginia Super Lawyers Rising Stars list from 2014-2022. Kevin was elected to partnership in 2022.
