  • Lindsay Jefferies Mohler is a divorce and family lawyer with Troxell Leigh, P.C.  Lindsay joined the firm in 2014 and became a partner in January of 2018.  She practices civil litigation with a primary emphasis on family law and she chairs the firm’s Divorce and Family Law practice group.

    Lindsay advises clients on a variety of family law matters including divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, property division, prenuptial agreements and post-divorce modification. Lindsay regularly appears in the Circuit Courts and the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Courts in the counties of Loudoun, Fairfax, and Prince William. She has tried many cases involving child and spousal support, child custody and visitation, equitable distribution, and fault grounds for divorce.

    Lindsay is an experienced advocate for clients both inside and outside the courtroom. She routinely negotiates settlements outside the courtroom through attorney led settlement conferences and mediation. Lindsay works closely with each client to evaluate and accomplish her client’s goals through mediation, litigation or a combination of both, whichever suits the individual needs of each case.
