Tax Planning

Our attorneys have substantial experience at both the National Office and various District Counsel offices of the Internal Revenue Service.  With such experience, we offer a variety of tax planning services, including transactional tax planning relating to income, estate, gift and other excise taxes.  We assist our clients in the planning, transactional and reporting process through general representation, tax opinions, and ruling and determination letters from the Internal Revenue Service or state agencies.
